You in Anti-Racism

Anti-racism work is extraordinarily demanding and requires a great deal of physical, mental, and emotional investment. Given the difficulty associated with anti-racism work, why do people get involved in it and how do they remain energized to do the work necessary?

Self-knowledge is critical for facilitators as well as participants. Begin with the What's My Story? questionnaire/inventory and read through the sections Framing Self-Knowledge and Knowledge Gaps before progressing to the learning actions that you can use in your own workshops.
